Little America Hotel Photo Consent & Release Agreement & Privacy Policy

By uploading and submitting your photo to the Little America Hotel Photo Booth Form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Consent to Use: You grant Little America Hotel and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display the submitted image(s) in any marketing, promotional, or communication materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, print, and digital advertisements.

Rights Release: You waive any rights to inspect or approve the final use of the image(s) and release all claims to royalties, compensation, or ownership related to the use of the submitted image(s).

No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will receive no financial or other compensation for the use of your image(s).

Legal Authority: You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent for this submission. You further confirm that you have the right to grant this permission for any individuals depicted in the submitted image(s).

Indemnification: You release and hold harmless Little America Hotel, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of the submitted image(s).
