Meet the Chef
Little America’s Executive Chef Santiago Ramos first learned the importance of cooking with love by watching his mom. Since joining the team at Little America in 2004, he’s worn many hats, including in the kitchens at our sister properties, The Grand America Hotel and Little America in Cheyenne.
