Do you require a deposit or incidental hold upon check-in?

Yes, at check-in, we will authorize your card for the Room & Tax, plus a temporary 30 percent hold for incidentals. Any amount held that you don’t spend will be released upon checkout. Please note that this hold typically takes up to 7 business days to disappear from your credit card statement.

Do you accept cash payments?

We accept cash payments upon checkout. A credit card is required at check-in.

Someone else is supposed to pay for my room. How can they do that?

Have them call the hotel and request a Credit Card Authorization Form. They will provide their email address, and we will send the form for them to fill out. This allows us to securely apply their credit card information to your reservation. Please note that if they choose to cover Room & Tax only, you will still be required to provide a credit card at check-in for a $100 incidental hold.

Do you have a shuttle to/from the airport?

No, we do not offer shuttle service; however, our concierge can arrange a taxi or private car for you. You can also take the TRAX Green Line, and get off/on at the Courthouse Station, just a half block from our hotel.

How much does parking cost?

Parking is $18/night for self-parking or valet parking.

Where can I get coffee in the morning? Is it complimentary?

Coffee is available for purchase at the Lobby Lounge from 6:30 AM to 10 AM. Additionally, there is a coffeemaker in all guest rooms for your convenience.

Do you have a laundry service? How does it work?

Yes, we do provide laundry and dry cleaning services for our guests. Put your items in the laundry bag in your room and fill out the slip of paper included with it. Call Guest Relations from your room, and we will send someone to pick it up, or if you’d like you can drop it off with an agent at the front desk.

I need to print something. How do I do that?

Email your documents to frontdesk@saltlake.littleamerica.com. We will print it for you at the front desk.

Do you have roll-away beds?

No, we do not offer roll-away beds.

Is there a microwave in the room?

Garden rooms have microwaves; Tower rooms do not. If you would like, we can have one sent to your room for a $25 delivery fee.

Is there a mini fridge in the room?

Yes, there is a mini fridge in every room.

Can I use the fitness center at The Grand America?

No, the fitness center across the street is for Grand America guests only; however, our fitness center on the second floor is available for you to use from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
