All food and beverage must be supplied by the little america hotel. The hotel is the only authorized licensee to sell and serve food, beverages, liquor, beer and wine on property. Due to health safety regulations, no leftover food or beverage can be taken from the premises. Food items cannot be transferred from one event to another. Menu selections must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the function date. Menu pricing on specialty items are subject to change in the event of increased food, beverage or operational cost increase at the time of procurement or execution of the event. Clients will be provided written notice of changes or appropriate substitutions in advance of the event
Listed food and beverage prices are guaranteed 90 days prior to the date of the function. Prices can be guaranteed only after a catering contract has been signed and returned. A 25% taxable service charge and applicable state and local sales taxes will be added to the final bill. All buffet menus require a minimum guarantee and are offered for a maximum of two continuous hours. If providing a pre-selected choice of entrees for your guests, you will be charged at the price associated with the highest priced menu selection for the full guarantee, and may not exceed three options total (including vegetarian). Split entree meals will be provided with the same accompaniments, starter and dessert for the full group, and this option is limited to groups between 100-300 guests. Group must provide and distribute menu indicators to each guest with their preselected meal noted, as well as the exact guarantee for each selection.Guarantees for split menu functions will be due five (5) business days prior to event
Wfinal attendance guarantees are due five (5) business days in advance of each food related event (by 12 noon), and should include any vegetarian or dietary requests, as well as counts for any a' la carte items that require a committed guarantee count. If no guarantee is received the original expected attendance will be considered as your guarantee as the hotel needs to place food orders with vendors at this time.Guarantees may not decrease after this time, even if fewer guests are in attendance. If the number of guests served should exceed the guarantee, group will be charged the higher of these figures. Hotel will be prepared to serve up to 3% over your initial guarantee, this does not apply to continental breakfasts, breaks, or a' la carte orders. If on-site requests for specialty meals should exceed the 3% prepared, group is also responsible for these extra meals, even if the full number of guaranteed meal selections are not served. Preset menu items on plated meals will require the room set number to be the same as the meal guarantee
Meeting rooms and event space are assigned by the hotel according to the contracted number of anticipated guests and space required. We reserve the right to reassign function space in the event the venue originally designated for such function becomes unavailable or inappropriate. Additional set up fees will apply if you require extensive meeting room set up or elaborate staging. Changes made within 24 hours of the event start time may be subject to an additional set up fee.
