Respected for her clarity, professionalism, and follow-through, Bailee brings a relationship-driven approach to everything she does. Clients, partners, and colleagues alike value her ability to bring people together and move projects forward with confidence and care. Bailees impact also extends beyond the hotel. She is the founder and current president of the Salt Lake City chapter of NACE (National Association for Catering and Events) , an organization she built from the ground up to support education, connection, and professional development within Utahs hospitality community. Through mentorship, industry involvement, and consistent service, Bailee continues to help shape the future of events and hospitality in Salt Lake City.
